It’s not dysfunctional or broken, but needs the regular maintenance to make sure it stays in smooth working order, and so you can get to where you want to go. Families are the same way. If we put off the regular maintenance, before we know it, we can have a breakdown on our hands.

Absolutely not! Integrity Families principles apply to all families. They are designed to create satisfaction within the challenges of modern family life, and work as prevention of future problems and challenges. That being said, some families have had particular experiences or traumas that are best dealt with through professional counselling. In such cases, our service can be used as a supplement to counselling.
